Excellent service, very sensible and always to the point conversations with no beating around the bush. Responded very quickly and dispatched a farm jack same day with delivery next day - keep up the good work guys| The jack arrived next day well packaged and am a very happy owner now. The HighLift Extreme 60" 5ft is a heavy beast! :)

Awful customer journey from start to finish. Missing part when I orderded Shadow Tree Sliders resulted in them not being able to be fitted, therefore not fit for purpose. Unable to contact via phone as whole company shut for 2 weeks and no phones were being manned during this time. Also, item did not arrive when advised which resulted in having to cancel two appointments which were scheduled with a local garage to fit.When I finally spoke to owner he refused to believe that the part could be missing and that the chap who packs the boxes has never missed a part before, therefore was inconceivable to him that this could be the first. No apology, no attempt to try to make amends which ultimately has resulted in a customer who potentially would of spent a considerable amount more with them, now going to their competitors, which in my opinion clearly have a more robust business model in place and which customer service and client outcomes is something that they truly care about. Sad to leave a negative review but throughly disappointed with my whole experience.

Excellent customer service from First Four, pleasure to deal with, nothing is a bother. I particularly like the fact they sell decent parts and accessories, parts that will last like TRW brake master and slave cylinders and well designed/engineered galvanised bumpers.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and do what they say. Dont get bitten by having to buy things twice, some of the bits on here are expensive but the quality more than makes up for it in my opinion.
